I recently stayed at a beautiful converted barn that provided the ultimate relaxing break. The barn had all the amenities you could possibly need, including a hot tub and stunning views of the reservoir and countryside. The design of the lounge, dining, and kitchen area being upstairs allowed me to fully appreciate the breathtaking scenery. The alpaca experience offered on the property was also a highlight, with the host, Clare, being both lovely and knowledgeable. I had a fantastic stay and didn't want to leave!
There were absolutely no issues or problems during my stay. I only wish I had booked a longer stay, as I didn't want to leave this amazing place!

We had the most amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful converted barn. the views were absolutely breathtaking, with rolling countryside and a picturesque reservoir right outside our windows. the location was perfect for us, with several scenic walks right on our doorstep. And let's not forget the highlight of our stay - the alpaca experience! We had so much fun learning about these adorable creatures and getting the chance to walk, stroke, and feed them. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Plus, the barn itself was spotless and had everything we needed, making our stay cozy and comfortable.
First, it would have been nice to receive a warm welcome from the host, especially since it was a special birthday treat for our son. having to strip the beds and empty the bins at the end of our stay felt a bit onerous considering the overall price.

The bathroom was amazing, dude! It had a shower and a hot tub, so we could relax and get clean after a long day of exploring. Super cozy vibes, like a spa retreat. Loved every moment of it!
Personally, I wasn't crazy about just having one bathroom. Others might still be cool with it though.
